Karen Medaris, founder of Dahlia Home Staging, brings over 20 years of expertise in design, visual merchandising, and home staging. With a background in Studio Art from Humboldt State, she honed her eye for spatial composition during her nine years as a Nordstrom stylist and Visual Merchandising Manager before launching her own contracting business, specializing in faux art murals and Venetian plaster. For 13 years, she staged nearly 2,000 homes across Northern California
with Stage Right Design, mastering the art of transforming spaces
to maximize buyer appeal. Now, with Dahlia Home Staging, Karen offers a fresh, personalized approach, ensuring every home is showcased at its best to sell quickly and for top value.
