Hi, I'm Karen Medaris, the founder of Dahlia Home Staging. With a background in Studio Art from Humboldt State and over 20 years of experience in design, visual merchandising, and home staging, I've developed a passion for transforming spaces into stunning environments that captivate buyers and homeowners alike.

Before launching my own staging business, I spent 9 years at Nordstrom as a stylist and Visual Merchandising Manager, where I honed my eye for design and spatial composition. I then expanded my creative expertise with my own contracting business, specializing in faux art murals and Venetian plaster, bringing unique decorative touches to homes and commercial spaces.

For the past 13 years, I’ve been fortunate enough to work with Stage Right Design, staging nearly 2,000 homes across Northern California, particularly in the Sacramento area. These experiences have allowed me to develop a deep understanding of how to present a home in its best light, creating spaces that appeal to potential buyers and maximize value.

Now, with Dahlia Home Staging, I'm excited to bring a fresh, personalized approach to staging, focusing on the details that make every home unique.
